Gemma Armstrong Skin & Bodywork was born out of a profound event that changed the way I thought about life, work and spirituality.

During a significant time of change, I found huge comfort and interest in complementary approaches to health, longevity, beauty and bodywork, but sometimes struggled to find practitioners who could help me with both holistic and aesthetic treatments.

So, I started to dream about creating my own practice, that allowed me to do that myself. I’ve always had a deep interest in bodywork, skincare and energy therapy, and have worked extensively to hone my skills in each of these areas, to bring this idea to life.

Each of my treatments are tailored to my clients, using vegan products that are never tested on animals. I work with Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic & Swedish Massage, Intra-Oral and Sculpting Facial Massage, and Reiki. I will soon be offering classic and electrotherapy facials as well as oncology massage, the latter of which being very close to my heart.
